Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Indy Card Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at indycardshop@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.
